Section 1: Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") establish a legally binding relationship between the wnbid platform and its users ("Player" or "you"). The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the wnbid website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered personal profile.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to participation in any game or sports market by staking money.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or benefits granted to a player by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount of bets before bonus funds become withdrawable.

These terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh. Accessing any page of wnbid or using any of its services constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.

Section 2: Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on wnbid:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• A person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Valid national identity information must be provided when opening an account.
• The platform may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

1.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

wnbid reserves the right to verify the identity of all users. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. In the event of a failed identity verification, wnbid reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the account.

Section 3: Account & Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, notify support immediately.
• Account ownership is non-transferable — allowing anyone else to place bets on your account is not permitted.

wnbid is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account if it results from your negligence or a breach of your credentials.

Section 4: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wnbid are processed through mobile banking services available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• The name on the payment account must match the name on the wnbid account at the time of deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• It is recommended that the payment method used for withdrawals matches the one used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold if an active wagering requirement is in place.

wnbid reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any unusual or suspicious transactions.

Section 5: Bonuses & Promotions

wnbid offers its players various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000 (maximum limit reached).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each eligible player may use a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• wnbid reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Opening multiple accounts or manipulating the system to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bonuses may be restricted to certain games or betting categories — see the details of each offer.

Section 6: Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to the use of all games and sports betting services offered on wnbid:

• Every bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless a technical error on the platform occurs.
• If a technical error is found in the result of any game, wnbid will make a final decision after investigation.
• Results in sports markets will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• In the event of a system failure or disconnection during any game, wnbid's decision is final.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits are specified on each game or market page.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

wnbid is committed to ensuring fair play. All game results are determined using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. All data and transactions are secured using SSL encryption technology.

Section 7: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnbid platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening new accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using false or altered identity documents.
• Coordinated betting with the intent to manipulate the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with any game provider's system.

Section 8: Responsible Gaming

wnbid is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Players can contact support to set deposit limits, bet limits, or a self-exclusion period on their account.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, take a break immediately and seek help.

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to open an account or play.

Section 9: Intellectual Property

All content on the wnbid platform — logos, brand names, graphics, text, software, interface design, and all other materials — is protected under the exclusive intellectual property rights of wnbid.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.) is subject to their respective intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorized use of wnbid's trademarks or logos may result in legal action.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

wnbid accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Breach of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Use of the platform by an ineligible person (a minor or a banned individual).
• Delays or disruptions by third-party services (payment gateways).
• Any unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.) beyond the platform's control.

Under applicable law, wnbid's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the principal amount of the relevant transaction.

Section 11: Account Closure

wnbid reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing a false identity or forged documents.
• Fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
• If deemed necessary for security or legal reasons.

Any legitimate balance remaining in the account before closure will be returned, however amounts earned through prohibited activities may be forfeited.

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any player may close their account if they wish to do so. Please contact support to proceed. If all pending bonus conditions are not fulfilled before the account is closed, those bonuses will be considered void.

Section 12: Terms Changes

wnbid reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Users will be notified within a reasonable time before the change takes effect.
• Accessing the platform after a change has been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure through support.
